Strip Minky Class

Minky Strip Class

This is a great class to take so you learn tips and tricks to sewing minky blankets. A lot of people are intimidated by making a minky blanket because its so stretchy and moves. Minky really can be a pain in the butt, but not if you come take this class! Its a lot easier than you really think!

This class is for learning to making a minky strip quilt, using the quilt as you go method. This is where you piece all of the layers together (top, batting and backing) than trim it and fold your binding over. 

For this class you will need: 
   Cuddle Strip Kit
   2yards of minky backing 
   Batting 
   505 Spray 
   Flat head pins and/or Binding clips 
   Polyester thread (bobbin and top thread)
   Stretch needles

You will need basic sewing supplies as well
   Sewing Machine
   Notions (scissors, pins, etc.)

We will have areas to cut and iron but don't need ironing for this class!

If you have purchased a strip kit from us or if you do purchase one for this class, the class is FREE!! You are more than welcomed to bring your but you will have to pay for the class. 

This is also a limited class but can always do another if any one is interested!
